First: Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Time:

Within major governorates (Minya, Sohag, Assiut): 2 to 5 business days.

Other governorates: 4 to 7 business days.

(Business days are from Saturday to Thursday, excluding public holidays).

2. Shipping Cost:

The shipping cost is calculated and clearly displayed on the checkout page before order confirmation.

Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders over EGP 299.

3. Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email and a text message containing the tracking number, which you can use to track your shipment directly on the shipping company’s website. Second: Exchange and Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Exchange and Return Conditions:

You can submit an exchange or return request within 7 days of receiving your order.

The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original, unopened packaging.

The original purchase invoice must be included.

2. Products Not Eligible for Exchange or Return:

For your safety, the following products cannot be exchanged or returned:

Products that have been used or opened.

Personal care and makeup products whose protective packaging has been removed.

Products that appear defective due to misuse or improper storage by the customer.

3. How to Submit an Exchange or Return Request (Easy Steps):

Contact: Contact our customer service team via WhatsApp or email [info@aurovia-eg.com] within 7 days of receiving your order.

Information: Please provide your order number, the name of the product you wish to exchange or return, and the reason for the exchange.

Guidance: Our team will review your request, guide you through the next steps, and issue a return policy if necessary.

4. Shipping Costs for Exchanges and Returns:

In case of a manufacturing defect or order error: Orofia Store will cover all shipping costs.

If the customer wishes to exchange or return an item (without a defect): The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and the shipping costs for the replacement item (in the case of an exchange). These costs will be deducted from the refund or added to the exchange invoice.

5. Refund Processing:

After receiving the returned product and verifying that it meets the requirements, your request will be processed.

The refund will be issued to the same payment method used within 7-14 business days, after deducting any applicable shipping fees.
